Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@smartuno.store with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Refunds

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smartuno.store with photos of the item and your order number.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
